Webmaster Report:

Have continued being active to keep the district 17 website updated as well as the website at Hostek Web Host site for District 17. This has been performed in my home office. Happy to report that the local AA Hotline 0900 has been active.

On Wednesday, March 11 thanks to member of fellowship who had a program on flash drive to assist in updating 6 outdated or missing drivers associated with the district office computer, was able then to record updated messages to the EZVoice software for the district 0900 AA Hotline. Also had discovered that the office computer had restarted automatically after 32 window updates had been uploaded and installed on its own leaving the EZVoice software off line.

Concerning windows updates, changed the settings to upload any updates however, make sure someone in district office to install the updates when computer demands a restart and to keep the EZVoice software on line for the 0900 AA Hotline.

On Monday, March 30 was at district office for updates including option #9 and to attend the monthly GSR meeting at 6 pm.

The District 17 Office has__700___meeting cards in drawer.

The 0900 AA Hotline registered 18 calls since 3-11-15 with 4 calls no option pressed..

The District website recorded _168_ hits this past month with the counter at 10,001 total hits.

Any member of the fellowship with sobriety can become a contact on the option #8 contact listing for a 3-month period. This listing should periodically be updated, especially for those who are about to take a 3-month turn with their listing on option #8. email to: dcm@district17a74.org).

As a regular monthly reminder, must train people (female/male) the operation as coordinator of the 0900 AA Hotline and as webmaster of the district website. Anyone interested in getting involved with being webmaster or coordinator for 0900 AA Hotline please contact a District 17 committee member, or show up at the monthly GSR district meeting the last Monday of each month at 6 p.m. at District 17 Office at Alano Club Iron Mountain.
