The schedule is complete with
three of us doing the weekly women's meetings at jail. Karen will be gone
for the winter and Tina decided she does not want to continue with the
meetings. I have two people that have turned in their names and are waiting
to be approved by Lt. price. I have left two messages with him and am
waiting to hear back. There is one other women on the list for future
approval.
I
have not heard of anyone interested in being the co-chair for the men's
corrections. Dennis’s last day will be on December 20th 2015.

· Have continued being active to keep the district 17 website updated as well as the website at Hostek Web Host site for District 17. This has been performed in my home office.
On Monday, November 9 reported to the Alano Club as a new door had been
installed to the District 17 office downstairs with secure door handle and
with help of members of Omega House moved the desk, computer, printer and
other supplies downstairs to the new District 17 office. I was able to hook
up the computer with no problems, however, unable to install phone line from
phone jack that will remain upstairs in the old district 17 office.
On Monday, November 23 was at district office in the afternoon to hook
up the District 17 0900 AA Hotline that had been inoperative since Monday,
November 9. A phone line had been installed from the jack located upstairs
directly above the new District office through the floor. From Oct 26 to
Nov 9 there had been 26 calls to the 0900 Hotline.
The District 17 Office has 250 meeting cards in drawer.
The 0900 AA Hotline registered 26 calls from Oct 26 to Nov 9.
The District website recorded 210 hits this past month with the counter
at 11,430 total hits.
Any member of the fellowship with sobriety can become a contact on the
option #8 contact listing for a 3-month period. This listing should
periodically be updated, especially for those who are about to take a
3-month turn with their listing on option #8.
As a regular monthly reminder, must train people (female/male) the
operation as coordinator of the 0900 AA Hotline and as webmaster of the
district website. Anyone interested in getting involved with being
webmaster or coordinator for 0900 AA Hotline please contact a District 17
