Report was motioned and accepted

Secretary Report:

·       Linda P. asked for and received acceptance of February 2016 GSR Report.

·       No new report given

Report was motioned and accepted

Financial Report:

·       Webmaster Cliff W. having access to District debit card info stated he had paid the AT & T bill on line and handed printed info over to new treasurer.

Corrections Report:

·        Schedule is complete through March. Linda and Mary have been doubling up every other week with regulars. Eventually, we will go back to doing meetings alone. Karen will be back the end of April.

·        As for the men, there are no AA meetings being held at present. Joe called me and said that they are doing NA meetings every week only. Lieutenant Price is aware of this. Also, there is no one interested in co-chairing the corrections.  NA meetings are great but cannot take the place of AA meetings. Discussion?

Respectfully submitted...Debbie

Webmaster Report:

·            Have continued being active to keep the district 17 website updated as well as the website at Hostek Web Host site for District 17.  This has been performed in my home office.

On Monday, February 29 was at district office for updating webmaster report, updating option #9 of 0900 Hotline and attending the monthly GSR meeting at 6:00 p.m.

The District 17 Office has _1200_ meeting cards in drawer.
The 0900 AA Hotline registered _61_ calls in the past month including 5 calls with option 8 and 13 calls with no option pressed.
The District website recorded _653_ hits this past month with the counter at 12,644 total hits.  With research at district office I discovered that each time a user links to a page on site and returns to Home Page the counter adds up.  No matter what, the traffic on district website increasingly has become heavier and is a true asset to people recovery.

Any member of the fellowship with sobriety can become a contact on the option #8 contact listing for a 3-month period.  This listing should periodically be updated, especially for those who are about to take a 3-month turn with their listing on option #8.

As a regular monthly reminder, must train people (female/male) the operation as coordinator of the 0900 AA Hotline and as webmaster of the district website.  Anyone interested in getting involved with being webmaster or coordinator for 0900 AA Hotline please contact a District 17 committee member, or show up at the monthly GSR district meeting the last Monday of each month at 6 p.m. at District 17 Office at Alano Club Iron Mountain.

Living my life 1-day at a time,
     Cliff W.
