·       Still looking for Archivists and Alt. DCM.

·       Bruce L. discussed informational pamphlet from Baraga for Dr. offices for review and discussion.

·       Linda P. asked if Alano Club informational notes should be included with GSR notes for emails. Richard (Club President) stated that would be helpful for the Alano Club meetings that do not have GSR’s. It was decided that the Alano Club is still considered a separate entity and that GSR and Alano Club information can be posted on the Alano Club bulletin board.

·       Cliff moved the grey wooden mailbox (at IM Alano Club) from back hidden hallway to front room meeting area for information mail slots for all GSR/Alano Club officers.
