Cliff W. was not present, emailed report below:

Have continued being active to keep the district 17 website updated as well as the website at Hostek Web Host site for District 17.  This has been performed in my home office.

On Monday, Aug 29 missed the monthly GSR meeting at 6 p.m.

On Wednesday, Aug 31 was at the District Office for updating purposes.  The office computer needed restart to complete all updates for the AVG free antivirus software and Windows 7 Microsoft.  Performed that took about 30 minutes, one of the functions of webmaster.

The District 17 Office has _450_ meeting cards in drawer.
The 0900 AA Hotline registered _53_ calls in the past month   including _5_ calls with option 8 and _20_ calls with no option pressed as of 8-31-16.
The District website recorded _268_ hits in the past month with the counter at 14,590 total hits as of 8-29-16.

I would love to express my approval of moving the district office at the Alano Club from upstairs to down.  Since move the operations as webmaster has been enlightening as for purposes of informing members of the fellowship and helping those that need.

Any member of the fellowship with sobriety can become a contact on the option #8 contact listing for a 3-month period.  This listing should periodically be updated, especially for those who are about to take a 3-month turn with their listing on option #8.
As a regular monthly reminder, must train people (female/male) the operation as coordinator of the 0900 AA Hotline and as webmaster of the district website.  Anyone interested in getting involved with being webmaster or coordinator for 0900 AA Hotline please contact a District 17 committee member, or show up at the monthly GSR district meeting the last Monday of each month at 6 p.m. at District 17 Office at Alano Club Iron Mountain.

Living my life 1-day at a time,
     Cliff W.   8/31/16
