DCM Report:

If anyone wants the General Service Conference Agenda Report ask Bruce. He stated there is a delegates workshop in Marquette on March 13, at 9am (EST) at the 1st United Methodist Church.

Bruce proposed the district give James $200.00 for supplies up thru July 2010.  It was accepted.  Making sure James hands in receipts for supplies that he buys.

NEW NEWS: 

Next Intergroup is March 6th in Gladstone.

Bruce proposed the district pay 6 months rent for an open, beginners meeting focusing on steps 1,2,and 3.  If the group can sustain itself through self –supporting contributions then it will.  This meeting is to focus on the newcomer, this is not to say it will take away from other step meetings in the area.  A date and time and place for the meeting has yet to be determined.

District 09 is providing the sloppy joes and buns we are asked to provide things that go with sandwiches i.e. chips, potato salad, cookies.
