Webmaster/Coordinator Report:
On March 30th, changes were made on option #8, the replacing phone contact numbers, to be in effect from April through June 2010. Thanks to DCM, Bruce L for making out the yearly contact schedule.
The District Central Office has ____250______ meeting cards in drawer.
The 0900 AA Hotline ___68____ hits, including ___24___ calls w/no option pressed.
The District website __61____ hits the past month. mailto:dcm@district17a74.org).
Because of other commitments and having turned the building key over to the Intergroup committee, I was unable to perform any work at the district office this month until today. Updated the website announcements and added monthly newsletter and inter group reports. Updated the 0900 AA Hotline option #9 on local information. The software now has caller ID reporting who's calling. No explanation on how? or, why?
The HP (Hewlett Packard) PSC 1350 all-in-one Printer/Scanner has to manually print copies one at a time. Otherwise it malfunctions causing a delay. Continue to work with this problem and possible assistance by Steve S.
On receiving $25 in advance for district office supplies on a trial & error proposition, I realize that this isn’t necessary at the present time. On April 24, I purchased two cases of pop and bags of ice for the service educational panel held in Wausaukee, WI (hosted by Districts 9 & 17) using the advance money for district office supplies. This was approved by the GSR monthly meeting. Turned over to district treasury receipts toward the advance money total, $35.68 and received a check in return for the balance $10.68.
Living my life 1-day at a time,
Cliff W. (Webmaster/coordinator, District17)

James stated he still has money left over. He wanted to thank the people who came on board to help with P.I. committee and wanted to thank the corrections committee for doing such a good job spreading the word to inmates to help them to keep from returning. He is working with the probation officer to help bridge the gap between inmates and people willing to come pick them up and take them to a meeting.
Still waiting on response from committee about the Grade letter.
Working on P.I. guidebook and debating ordering CD’s like “sitting in a cell” and others.
