Webmaster/0900 Report:

On Friday, May 28, added the monthly district newsletter. On Tuesday, June 29 made changes to the website adding the announcements of next Traveling Intergroup and the Area74 Fall Conference. Made changes to the meeting list as the Sunday Amasa closed AA meeting at 6 pm will now be held in Crystal Falls at United Lutheran Church. Also made changes to the AA 0900 Hotline concerning the meeting changes and the #9 option announcements.

The District Central Office has ____120______ meeting cards in drawer.

The 0900 AA Hotline ___78____ hits, including ___17___ calls w/no option pressed.

The District website ___65___ hits the past month.   email to: dcm@district17a74.org

On Tuesday, Jun 29 received a quote from Standard Printing located at 100 West F Street in Iron Mountain of $193.34 for the printing of 2,000 meeting cards and a cost of $182.57 for the first 1,000 cards.

(After a lengthy discussion on meeting cards, this topic's moved to new business that in turn tabled meeting cards to next meeting in July).

Continue to work with the HP (Hewlett Packard) PSC 1350 all-in-one Printer/Scanner.

I must train people (female/male) the operation as coordinator of the 0900 AA Hotline and as webmaster of the district website, because what happens when I leave??

Living my life 1-day at a time,

Cliff W. (Webmaster/coordinator, District17)

 Archives Report:

John R. filed last month’s meeting & written cabinet it up to date.  Still looking for group histories.

Public Information:

The second meeting of  James’ committee will be held on July 16th.  He viewed the movies Hope and Surely Beats Sitting in a Cell.  These videos are available if any group wants to view them.

James ordered a PI/CPC workbook so everyone can make sure to be on the same page when doing PI work.  The checking account that was opened has signature clearance from James B. and Marion H.

There is a need for someone to start an open meeting in Florence or maybe an existing closed meeting could change to open.

Just a reminder there is a beginner’s meeting on Thursday and an outreach meeting Monday in Crystal Falls.

DCM Report:

Bruce is going to Area to help district and is asking the question how is the area helping the district.

July 10 Intergroup is in L’Anse at the VFW.

Other News:

Making new meeting cards was tabled until next meeting.

The meeting closed with the Lord’s Prayer.

 Respectfully submitted by:

Erica H. your district 17 secretary.
