Webmaster/Coordinator Report: 10-26-10

.

On Friday, October 1st updated the website and the 0900 Hotline option #8 live contact quarterly phone numbers. It should be brought to everyone attention that additional contact numbers can be added for the year 2011 starting in January. If interested in being added as a contact, notify District 17 by phone, email, your GSR, any district chair person or by attending a monthly meeting at the district office the last Tuesday of any month.

On Saturday October 2nd was receiving no answer from the 0900 AA Hotline phone service. Upon entering District Office I observed on the computer screen monitor a message that stated because of critical error, the computer was shut down to restart. The restart of the computer was stalled by the dialogue box requesting password. The administrator, District 17, has no password listed; however, someone has to be on hand to click the OK button so the restart can complete restarting. Unsuccessful to disable the administrator feature.

On Monday October 9th was at the district office to update the website and the option #9 of the 0900 AA Hotline, local info and events.

On Tuesday, October 26th was at the district office.
