NEW BUSINESS:

Discussion Assemblies and Conferences:

·         How many assemblies and conferences do we want the new DCM to attend throughout the course of a year?  Joanne B. asked how many Bruce L. thought should be attended; he thinks 2 would be sufficient as there are two assemblies in Three Lakes, he suggested GSRs bring to home groups.

·         John R. and Steve S. suggested we find out what will take place at the conferences and assemblies and which would be the most beneficial to our district.

Discussion Co-Chair Position:

·         There was much discussion as to how this position should be handled and attendance termination for lack of attendance of co-chair position.

·         There was a motion made but removed and discussion tabled until the May 2011 meeting.

When anyone anywhere reaches out I want the hand of AA always to be there and for that I am responsible.

Respectfully;

Nancy H.  Secretary Dist. 17
