CORRECTIONS:
Debbie stated that all is
going great with all the
jail meetings.
In the whole month of
January the district website
has been updated as for any
changes to meetings and
events. The latest
Intergroup GSR minutes and
District 17 newsletter for
November had been added.
This has been performed in
my home office and will only
be considered done anonymous
to date.
On Wednesday, January 15
received call from Steve S
who stated that he had spent
hours at the district 17
office updating the office
computer into corrected
operation and activation to
the Internet. He further
stated that there are issues
with the operation of the
EZVoice 3.4 software used
for the AA Hotline 0900
number. To my recollection
the AA Hotline 0900 has been
inoperative for now 7 months
and receiving calls are
hearing no main message with
a period of silence and then
an animated Please press
a number.
On Monday, January 27
proceeded to the Iron
Mountain Daily News to
update AA and Al-Anon
meeting’s list for printing
in the newspaper.
Reported to the District 17
office before the start of
the monthly district GSR
meeting to perform duties
concerning the EZVoice
software 3.4 for the 0900 AA
Hotline. Deleted the EZVoice
3.4 software from the
computer and was able to
upload a new version of
EZVoice 3.4 and install
using the new license #
provided back in July 2013.
Recorded the main message on
setup and the 9 mailboxes
used. The result was still
having the same issues. The
computer is operative and
the Internet is activated
with no issues. (Maybe the
problem is with the mike on
recording or something to do
with the computer sound
card).
The District 17 Office has
_250_meeting cards in drawer.
The 0900 AA Hotline had
_35_hits from 1-15 to1-27 even
so the caller may not have
received information as the
messages, if pressed, sounded as
coming from 100 miles away.
The District website _80
to 100_hits the past month
with the counter at 8,308
total hits.
Any member of the fellowship
with sobriety can become a
contact on the option #8
contact listing for a
3-month period. This listing
should periodically be
updated, especially for
those who are about to take
a 3-month turn with their
listing on option #8.

District 17 Office at Alano
Club Iron Mountain.
Living my life 1-day at a

alternate DCM, no webmaster
