Meeting cards: We have received our new, YELLOW meeting cards from C. J. Graphics. Even though Cliff proofed them prior to printing, there seem to be a few errors due to a new person handling the press. Cliff will check on getting a discount or perhaps fixing each typo & re-printing the cards at no charge.
Group up-dates: Our Area registrar, Tina M., sent a message to all districts that we have an extension from GSO for changes to our group lists … Adding new groups or removing inactive ones … The new deadline is 5/31/08. Cliff has taken on the responsibility of updating our information for New York’s Meeting Guide.
The meeting closed with The Our Father.
The next district meeting will be held Tuesday, May 27th, 2008 at the new District 17 Central Office, located in the old Re-Entry house, 373 Woodward Ave. in Kingsford
